This series was created on the occasion of Güde joining the circle of preferred suppliers for the German chapter of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d‘Europe.
The blade is hand-forged in a single piece from chromium-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel, worked manually in more than 40 individual steps. The handle is made of finely structured, velvety pear wood.
Ice-hardened stainless steel, sharpened by hand. The handle is not dishwasher safe.
