The ZWILLING SharpBlock with KIS technology now takes care of your knife set from the ZWILLING Pro series. All you have to do: nothing. Because the kitchen knives are automatically sharpened every time you pull a knife out of the block. It doesn't matter whether you're a professional or a hobby chef: there's no easier way to get the best edge retention and quality from your knives.
The mechanism behind it is as simple as it is brilliant. Two ceramic whetstones are integrated in the pockets for knives with a smooth edge and are arranged at the ideal sharpening angle. When pulled out, the blades slide over the sharpening stones and are thus gently sharpened. Your knives are always sharp and ready for use - without any effort.
So that the knives cannot be accidentally put into the wrong compartment, they are provided with pictograms for the respective knife type. The 7-piece knife block offers space for a paring and garnishing knife (10 cm), a utility knife (13 cm), a meat knife (20 cm), a chef's knife (20 cm), a bread knife (20 cm) and multi-purpose scissors already equipped with corresponding knives from the ZWILLING Pro series.
